Lloyds College Fire Marshal Training
This course would benefit anyone with a designated/to be designated the role as part of your fire safety policy including: Fire Wardens/Marshals, Department Heads, Managers, Health & Safety representatives and Facilities Management.
As part of your fire safety policy, including Fire Wardens/Marshals, department heads, managers, health & safety representatives and facilities management.
At the conclusion of this course, delegates will:
- Recognise their role as a Fire Warden within your fire safety policy
- Develop confidence in their role within your evacuation plan
- Understand the legislation that supports the framework of fire safety at work
- Improve upon fire awareness of the workplace and at home
- Identify fire hazards at work and appreciate the consequences of poor fire safety
- Understand the effect of human behaviour in an emergency
- Have gained practical firefighting skills.
This is a 3-hour training course with a 15-minute break. It includes a live fire practical demonstration in the use of portable fire extinguishers.
